ORGANIC MANCHEGO CURADO a raw sheep’s milk Manchego aged 6 months at the Sanchez de Rojas farm in La Mancha, the famous Don Quixote region south of Madrid. This hot dry climate produces one of the world’s best sheep’s milk cheeses, Manchego, justifiably Spain’s most popular cheese. It has overtones of spice, cream and toffee. Pairs well with Spanish Rioja or Tempranillo wine.
